    @Q. 'Tangling' - intellectually/debate-wise!
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thought this forum was for anyone to use whatever their IQ? What level IQ should anyone have before replying to his cries for help here?

    Thanks Q - ever the provocateur and I happily accept the barb in the sense it was undoubtedly given. ;)

    That said, if you the only comment you can feign offence at is a minor jibe which you have by some arcane means transformed into a "turning on the Samaritan" then your orogenic capabilities are far greater than one might have reasonably anticipated. I'm sure that is not the really the case.

    It seems that the purpose of my post was just a little too obtuse and you weren't actually in my target group but, if the cap fits... Much as I anticipated the point was lost on that target group in any event.

    The ultimate purpose was to introduce an element of humour.

    I'll get my coat...
    My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

    For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

    But you have already taken the bait and well in advance of any so-called minder involving himself.

    As I said. If the cap fits...
