Great progress. I think half the battle is getting our thoughts and priorities in order. Brilliant news about your DD too. I am glad you spoke to your OH about your feelings. If he is anything like Mr Gnome was at his worst history constantly got rewritten in his head to make him the victim which I had to push back (not aggressively just in a that's not how I see it / I am not responsible for that way)
