Hi. I want to stick to £250 for Janury please. It is me, my husband and DD 4 and DS 8. I do not know how to change the colour of the font. This includes just groceries. I am looking forward to start saving. Happy New Year to all.

Not doing very well for my first week I'm afraid I managed to go £6.39 over my weekly budget of £75.00 In my defense though I bought lots of stuff that I only buy every month ish. So not that bad really as I'll probably be under budget next week:D

Succeeded in a no spend day, by remembering I had left bubbly and milk in the fridge at work, and wine and chocolate at my Mums. So a quick drive and no spends!
Previously I would have just gone and bought more.

Total now stands at £26.39 after buying anti bac spray and crisps to munch on tonight as had an early dinner with DS and will be staying up until 12.

Crossed the anti bac off my shopping list for Saturday but need to add on dog food and milk. It's getting longer.....

Ok. I've been reading and thinking, and I'm biting the bullet. Instead of just in, I'm in with a budget for the 2 adults, 1 child and 2 raw-fed dogs for £225

hi, would like to join Januarys GC with budget of £200. this covers 2 adults full time, 1 adult for lunches 5 days a week, 3 large dogs, 6 chickens and 2 dogs. will cover all groceries and toiletries etc. good luck everyone and happy new year. x

Long term lurker here! My New Years resolution is to finally creep out of lurkdom and join in. I often join along with the challenge by myself but I think it's time to get stuck in properly now as I've got some big money saving plans for 2016. Happy New Year to you all. I can't wait to see how we all get one. Please can you put me down for £200 for the month? That's for myself, DH, DS(10), 2 old cats and a small dog! All food and toiletries.. Bring it on!
