Hi all,
OMG, I have been missing in action for such a long time. It has been an annus horribilis in many respects, but you can't keep this girl down!
Am on track with getting the mortgage down. To think I was on £125,000 4 years ago. I've almost halved it.
Best to all of you,
SusanneSave £12k 2013 '13 #66 £12,106.76/£12,000 // '14 #44 £10,081.90/£10,000 // '15 #67 £11,976/£12,000 // '16 #67 £7,322/£12,000
MFiT: £187,200 - MFD: 02/31 - Target = £35,000

Just checked in on my mortgage...its now 'only' £155k and 'only' 8 years to go. Somehow very excited to hear that even if we make no OPs, (which we will!), its less than 100 instalments to go.. whoop
Hope all Ok with everyone

Hello all!
Had a big push, decided to lose the car and found yet more junk to sell and today I made the final payment. Business is a bit wobbly at the mo', so it is a massive relief to have lost our biggest monthly expenditure and to know we solidly and safely have a home.
I've never really been a challenge joiner before - but having this really helped push us to get it done. I may go off to see what else I can lurk on!
Thanks everyone and KEEP GOING!On a mission.0 -

Amazing to see the positive stories on the thread, love it!
I've just logged an update for the next chart and whilst I'm behind target (18ish % achieved) I'm not waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy behind. It all seems catch-up-able at the min.
Good luck for 2017 everyone0 -
