            My mortgage is currently £16,112.49 and will be paying my monthly mortgage amount of £738.11 next week. Later in the month,when it is more affordable, I will add my overpayment. I can't wait to see how much I owe once the payments are in for the month of October.0

 #41 with an early update for the month.
 I now owe 0.00 on my mortgage. It feels so great not to be paying out each month. :j:j
 Will not be too long before I am back on here as currently in the process of buying another house.

 Thank you. It's quite daunting to be taking on another mortgage so soon but it's an opporrunity that I do not wish to miss. Couple of months and then start again with the biggest mortgage I have ever had. :eek:
