I am hoping that I have managed to set an achievable target this time. I have used my OP spreadsheet to forecast the possible total in 3 years time and rounded it down. Can we provide a proper start figure closer to the time?

Thanks for doing this guys x

Oh yes please! :T I have registered and set an ambitious new target in the context of a further net pay reduction in April when my employer's "serps opt out" ends and my National Insurance contribution will increase, no planned pay increases and an additional car on finance as of this month for the next 3 years. I might need to look at that last one in a few months. Other than this I must continue to pay down our mortgage or I cannot retire for even longer.

Thanks for setting this up Trix, much appreciated! :A Off to update my sig...

    Good luck everyone

Well I had hoped to clear mine in the next 3 years, but a change in spending plans has made that unlikely.
New car needed, new bathroom wanted!

I'll still give it a good try though.:)
