Be one of 2 reasons, badly designed battery pack or cheap charger with charging protection.
The battery packs use a bank of 18650 batteries, probably from old laptop battery packs or seconds which did not pass quality control and have no circuit protection. So old or bad batteries used, they heat up and explode.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
Amazon have stopped selling Hoverboards
So have JL, Argos and Tesco apparently. I guess reputable retailers will follow suit if they haven't already until they work out which are ok and which aren't; you can bet people will still be buying them off ebay though...
It seems the dodgy boards also have non-compliant cabling and batteries, as well as the problem with the plugs.Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0
