TalkTalk should I switch and to whom?

The CEO team argued with me that the offer I took up originally was free broadband for 12 months and the agent who said 12 months half price meant the broadband would be extended for 18 months! Makes no sense..... was 18 months free broadband to start with.
The CEO agent also said it was badly worded but nothing could be done and that " to be honest you have the best deal i've ever seen a customer have".....Currently in a Trust Deed 30 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
It speaks volumes when a TalkTalk rep can't be ars ed to respond.
It would appear TalkTalk would rather lose a long standing customer than knock a couple of quid off a reliable monthly income. The mind really does boggle!
My cousin has now started a migration elsewhere.:D:T0 -
Totally agree oldagetraveller......... We have been with TT for more than 9 years! and have been treated like we are of no consequence at all, ah well they will have to wake up one day me thinks. When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0

Emma, well done for bolting the stable door after the proverbial horse!
It's a pity your customer options plant pots weren't able to help a 73 year old, living on her own, who needed to save a couple of pounds a month and only uses her broadband for e-mails and the occasional web browsing. My cousin has more sense than to use Twitface and wouldn't have a clue about your community. I couldn't do anything because it's not my account, I'm male and I thankfully don't suffer TalkTalk to enable using the "community".
Too late anyway, she will be saving around £20/month elsewhere.:rotfl:0
