I've never seen T&Cs on acceptance confirmation emails; just a reference to T&Cs.
I don't think they have to send you T&Cs; just tell you where they are to be accessed (and most people don't bother ).0 -
They tell you all about the charges if you terminate before the end of the contract so why not tell you about this other charge at the same time?
How difficult would it be for them to say there is a charge for terminating before the end of your contract and a charge of £31 if you cancel anytime.0
