I haven't been yet Kaat :o Have you seen the different bits on various programmes this week, about OSA? It was on The One Show last night....

I keep waking up with my arms thrown above my head & it seems my body does that on its own, in order to open up the rib cage & get more oxygen into my lungs  Sounds like I've got a dodgy valve doesn't it--I've known for ages that the one at the other end is liable to a slow leak

Hi all sorry not been around, was away on hol for a few weeks, we had a fab time but it's left us all a bit run down.
BMF as Kaatlady says go get yourself tweaked :rotfl:
Kaatlady any ideas what's wrong if it's not sleep apnoea? hope it's easily cleared up.
I've been waking a lot during the night:confused: the last few weeks but had a bad cold which went on to a throat / sinus infection so I'm hoping once everythings settled down I'll be a bit less knackered.
    Booo!!!

Sorry KAAT_LADY I wish I was on hols again , just no news worth reporting. Unlike yourself:j that is it great news, you are so lucky not to need CPAP  it P's me off sometime.
Bad news re the asthma though, I had a bad spell of it a few years ago (I'm sure having undiagnosed sleep apnoea didn't help) and after month's and months of being ill with it I was prescribed a new inhaler which did the job. On checking the BMF the price of the inhaler was something like £25 a pop:eek: wonder why they took so long to prescribe it?;)
Anyway how is everyone else getting on?
    Booo!!!
