  • I hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday doing whatever made you happy and that Santa was really kind to you:beer:

Just read an email invitation from eBay for 100 free listings with a maximum 1p final valuation fees:T. I never get these offers from eBay as a rule so am naturally chuffed enough to think of using them. I was an avid seller from 1999 to about 2008 but I hate using eBay these days:(.

Offer is valid from today right through to January 4th:j which makes a nice change from the usual weekend offers they seem to do.

Off to have a good rummage now to see if I'm going to bite the bullet;). I seem to have lots of items that will be very time-intensive to list and probably fetch very little money if they sell.

Just been and looked - Nope - I've not got the offer :(

I think you're right on the Time/value thing though - recently I had sold 19 items for £243 and my Nett was £143 - So £12.90 ? average npaid by the buyer. and around £7.55 to me - so £5.40 ish PER ITEM in clingon fees and postage !

There HAS to bve a better way - but what is it ? :( :rudolf:

Happy Boxing Day fellow challengers :rudolf: Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday! I worked then visited a friend who made a lovely Christmas dinner (and sent me home with leftovers :j)

On my way home I found a £1 coin in the car park :j so I'm adding it to my total! I have a host of things ending on ebay tonight so I'll update when my auctions are over...in the meantime, I'm about to drag myself out of bed to get breakfast, then crawl back in to watch the end of Back To The Future III

Hope you're all having a wonderful day and I can't wait to read all your updates :)

Another £12 in sales today ! (I'm open - the shops are shut lol ) Total now a few pounds over £400 for the month and progress is that today I can walk (carefully) from one end of the garage to the other and we had our Xmas dinner off the dining room table for the first time in 4 years !

Got a bottle of Glemorangie as a prezzie and feeling very "Mellow":)

That's great to hear. Mrs P must be happy being able to eat on dining table. Here's to garage getting cleared soon too.

There won't be anyone out in the Boxing Day sales locally, roads flooded and closed all around the area and some villages cut off completely. Stay safe everyone!

I for one am enjoying some Boxing Day sales window shopping. Not a penny spent but lots browsed :)

Adding £28.30 profit to my total which has been static for a few days while all the rest of you seem to be adding something every day:o
