Post Christmas declutter day today. Decs down, house blitzed (toys and stuff everywhere!). Apart from making the house all shiny and new again it always helps me feel organised and ready for the new year. Might even find some bits worth putting on FB Buy/Sell (I've given up on Ebay with fees etc and do better on there as not postage, people pick up etc).

What's everyone else up to today? No surveys have popped up for me but I do have R Hog now so will give that a go when I've been to Tesco for fresh stuff today (although I'm not 100% how many coins equals a payout!).

  • Just popping in to see if you are OK, lexbubbles. The last time I saw you on any of the threads where our paths crossed was Christmas morning and you said you were spending Christmas alone. I hope everything is OK with you:kisses3:

I meant to pop in on Christmas Day too lexbubbles to say Hi, but I was working then a mad dash to get to my friend's house for some rather yummy dinner, kinda meant I ran out of time. Hope everyone enjoyed their day!!

My ebay sales went quite well last night and I managed to bank £58.63 after fees and postage, with one buyer still to pay!

And today I won £7.10 on a risk-free bet...not something I normally partake in but it was a risk free offer so I indulged, not having a blooming clue what I was doing, and won! So I took the money and ran :rotfl:

Altogether that brings me closer to the goal! I'll probably not make it this month, but if I get further than last month I'll call it a success. Still 4 days left though so I've not given up yet!

Typical! Had got myself psyched up to list lots of items on eBay today (to start tonight for 7 days which I like) using some of my 100 free listings and then we had a 4 hour power cut:mad:. Even that wouldn't have mattered but my laptop badly needed charging. The battery died after 20 minutes:mad:

Have got 8 up and running and still time for some more when I've finished this cup of tea;). Descriptions are a bit lacking in detail but I can edit them until there are any bids. I'll do the rest for 5 days Tues-Sunday, should be long enough;)

I've not been in the mood for surveys today, post holiday syndrome eh.

Just £2 to add from weekly scans.

I will give myself a good shake and get on with money-making the morrow.

Hope you all have a marvellous Monday

I am just popping in to say hello, as I have run out of real friends and relatives to visit! So today's plan is a big clean of the house so I start the new year as I wish to continue. Hopefully this will lead to the discovery of either some forgotten money (unlikely) or some bits I can sell.

I was going to go to Sainsburys today as I have a £10 voucher and wanted to see if there are any bargains but the radio traffic report said cars are queueing to get in, so I think I'll give it a miss!

I am also watching the news and seeing pictures of parts of my beloved Yorkshire under water. My heart goes out to those affected.
