Direct debit problem - Santander and Vodafone blaming each other

I have 11 DDs on a Santander 123. Most of them have been there for at least 3 years but one or two have been set up more recently. They are for phones, broadband, water, electricity, gas, savings accounts, credit cards, and council tax.
There has never been any problem with any of these DDs, and although Vodafone and FU are not amongst my DDs, I would hazard a guess that the problem is not Santander's.0 -
Vodafone's systems are hopeless at reacting to a DD change.DEBT FREE!

As can be seen from another thread I have the same problem with a Vodafone DD not showing up on a Santander 123 account.
Have any of the previous posters resolved this and what dept or person did they address their complaint to, please?
Also what full address did you use, please?
Update: Sarbeet assures this has now been rectified via chat and for some technical reason cannot give me the finance department address!!

Please can I have a contact link? My DD has not gone through with Santander and I now have limited service!!! I am very angry about this.

I think you can just use WRT135. A quick google shows it doesn't seem to be a personal code.0

Well I had this email today following my conversations this weekend.....
"Hello
Thanks for arranging to pay your bill by Direct Debit – we just wanted to let you know it's all set up. Your payment date and amount will be confirmed each month on your bill.
Important – confirmation of your Direct Debit with Vodafone ..CORRECT DETAILS SNIPPED"
BUT it is still not showing on my Santander account!?

What did they say when you asked them when and how they notified Santander of the DD?0

Just an update on my case (I didn't respond to the customer rep above as I've not been back here for a while). I now have a late payment marker on my credit file (found it on Noddle last night). I'm furious and I've written to Vodafone today.0
