Ok what does SS do to help its tormenting the rest of us not knowing!

    LOL

He is a multi talented man Mother Hen and above and beyond that he is also very supportive of those of us who are not coping very well with mess that debt has left our lives in and he is also a very good listener even when really he should just be telling some of us to grow up a bit and to stop feeling so sorry for ourselves at times. ;):D

I don't think you need to go as far as your sisters suggestion. Just use an SOA based on living where you are now; state that you will not be doing the pub job so that there will be less income and that you will update when you can. I do understand what you mean about it being slightly underhand but you are paying more than the original agreed amount and they are being aggressive. Do however ensure that they do not have your telephone number once you move - can you change mobiles?

I will try doing that but I will have to do it in writing because if I was to do it over the phone then I am sure that they would see right through me and catch me out. I actually have a pay as you go mobile that my sister bought for me a few months ago that I give them as my contact number which mostly seemed to have worked until recently when they have somehow got hold of my landline number which I definitely never ever gave to them. I just hope that they do not find my new landline number as well but if they somehow manage to it again then I will not be able to keep myself from laughing if they are unlucky enough to speak to my sister first because unlike me she is certainly no pushover and will have no problems at all in informing them ever so politely not to call her number ever again. :o :rotfl:

I think I might end up a bit swollen headed too as well as having a black eye by the end of the night because one of the spirit bottles came loose and fell down on my head at work today and it was almost full and it really hurt. :o

I can see the funny side to it honestly but it would just have been so much funnier if it had happened to somebody else. :o I did get to finish to finish an hour and a half early and am still getting paid for my full shift anyway so it does have its good side as well. :D

The problem with this lot is that no matter what amount that I commit to pay or how much I manage to overpay this by it never seems to be enough and they are not happy with it ever and have even threatened to take me to court to make me increase the amount that I pay to them.

Kind of answered your own dilemma there love. No matter what you pay them it will not be enough. You are paying more than enough each month now. Save the other £300 towards making a full and final.

You might have committed a sin by taking their loan but you haven't killed anyone have you?

No I have definitely not killed anybody ever at all and really never plan to either although I have made some really poor choices before in my life and done it far more than once unfortunately I still do not think that any of them compare to that. :o I am now absolutely sure that I should still increase the amount that I pay them because I said that I would but I will only do it by £20.00 or £30.00 a month and save the rest for a full and final offer to them. My sister has told me tonight that one of her friends needs some help doing clerical and catalogueing work if I am interested in it once I have settled in and found my feet. She has said that it will only be a few hours a week but that it will be held open for me indefinitely unless I say that I do not want it so even although it will not be that much money it will still be something extra to save up as well. :D
