I hope you're not expecting breakfast aswell?
No that would just be rude to do that and my sister has told far too many stories about the standards in the kitchens at 6.00 am in Hotels for me ever to be able to eat anything anyway. I much prefer the US room only system.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -

I really do not like Belgian waffles though so even although my sister would kill me for saying this breakfast would have to come from either a bagel stand or McDonalds.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -

Thank you for because I have for a long time insisted that there really is not that much diffence between a freshly hand prepared hash brown and a McDonalds one at 7.00 amDebt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -
I have been thinking about my revised SOA and what amount that I should be offering to Buchanan Clark and Wells all night long instead of sleeping so that I will probably end up falling asleep through the day instead when I am at work.
I think that I going to offer them £1,000.00 per month which will leave me with £315.00 per month after I have paid my phone bill. I know that this will seem a bit greedy of me and I probably should commit to paying them more but my plan is to spend only what I need and pay whatever I have left into my emergency savings account account on the following payday. I think that this is a good plan but maybe it is just the tiredness that is making me think that it is.
Due to my lack of proper access to MSE over the last few weeks I almost forgot to say that I eventually gave my brother in law their money back even although they were not very happy to accept it.

NO no no - Look at the track record of these people. You are already giving them a very large chunk of your income - whatever you have given them they have asked for more! What was the original payment due under the original debt? I doubt it was a £1,000.00. I would say that the £700 a month at this time is more than adequate. Put the £300.00 to one side and save for a full and final; earn interest on the savings and possibly pay less than the full amount. ALthough you have come a long way I can see these people suggesting that £1,000.00 is not enough and you then managing an extra £100 and so on and so on. Talk it over with your sister and let SS and the other knowledgeable ones put their input in before ringing up these people.
Sorry.

Please do not go back to lurking because your input is very much appreciated.I know that even now by paying them £700.00 per month then I am paying far more than the original loan agreement was for anyway but at least this way I will hopefully be rid of them sooner. I did ask my sister but she told me to tell them to go and whistle for it because I was paying them more than enough already and they should be happy enough with that as it is. She is adamant that I should keep some of my wage to myself so that I can go out and do things and enjoy myself for at least some of the time because I work hard for my wages and should have some reward for it. She also suggested that when they start getting very difficult to ask them to stop and think for just a minute and then to tell me how to spell spaghetti?
I really did not understand that one but really did not want to admit to my stupidity so I just pretended to understand exactly what she meant therefore I think that I am totally reliant on fellow MSE'ers for sensible and constructive advice.

Ok that last post probably made no sense at all but I was only in the middle of writing it when there was a power cut and my uncharged computer decided to shut itself down and post my unchecked ramblings by itself.
It was so cold last night because the heating would not work either without any electricity.
The cold helped in one way though because it seemed to focus my mind a little bit and I actually worked out what my sister actually meant by what she said and that she really did not mean for me to ask it as a serious question but was making fun of them because of how rude and patronising that they usually are to me. I think that I will pay them £1,000 per month though because even although they are always really horrible to me I do not want to annoy them anymore than I have to and I want them out of my life as soon as possible and I do not think that they would appreciate the sarcasm at all.
