Thank you I did rtry that but I sort of ended up like a mumbling and bumbling wreck instead. :o However they clearly liked something about me because I got a call at 5.00 to tell me that I had the post if I wanted it which I did so I now have subject to references and a criminal record check a new job. :D

Well done, the visualisation takes practise though, so I will expect you to practise until you start your new job.. LOL. Is it nearer to your sister then. If you look back at your posts you sound much more positive now than when you first started out on your journey.......when do you start...

    Well done again!

Congratulations and well done. :j  :T

How are you feeling these days?
  • Thank you so much everybody I can still barely believe that they offered the post to me because there are so many teachers and not so many vacancies where she lives so it given how badly I think that I came across it sort of makes me wonder just how badly the other candidates did because I was told that I was by far the most impressive candidate? :rotfl: Everything seems to be getting so much better for me now so thank you to everybody who listened and was very supportive even when I was being a right miserable cow. :D I handed in my notice yesterday at school so I have to work for four weeks before I can leave and I called my new school who have given me a provisional start date of 03/12/07 but they have already taken phone references which were very good apparently? I am thinking that both my current and previous bosses both had a very good half term or are on drugs. :D I have to start packing straight away and start getting my things moved as soon as possible which will be difficult because I am still working in the pub at weekends as well. My pub boss said that even although I am maybe not the best barmaid ever he will miss me and that I have to go back and visit every once in a while although he did say to bring my sister with me as well. I am really trying the visualisation thing but am not very good at the moment but hopefully with practice I will get much better at it.

Well done Ciara and congratulations. I'm really pleased for you and I hope that the moving etc all goes well.

It's true, visualisation does take practice, but when you become proficient, you can do anything you set your mind to, so well worth the effort.

I have not done so well at reducing my debt this month mostly owing to having had two weeks off of work because I mostly rely om my second wage from the pub to make me able to pay extra but I still managed to pay £710.00 towards my balance. That means that I have a total outstandind debt of £15,968.65 which is a massive amount but at least I have managed to get it to below £16,000.00 and even although I only just made it below I am still really pleased that I have managed this. :D

I have just spoken to my landlord who has told me that he will be doing the last property inspection before I leave my flat tonight at 7.00 which gives me just enough time to do a quick tidy up and some dusting before he arrives but he said that this is the last one and he will not be doing it again when I actually leave which really confused me. He said that he wants the new tennant to be moved in on the monday after I leave and that he will refund back part of this month's rent to me if I do not object to them viewing the flat before I leave. I like the sound of the discount but I am really not very keen on the idea of several strangers coming in to my home and wandering around it.
