The panic is over because my sister is not in the middle of Wales somewhere but back safely in my flat and even came back with take away for us and a bottle of mine for me although she did take half of a glass of it. :D

I cannot believe it but I have counted and recounted and recounted again all of the takings from yesterday and I think that I have too much money. The takings were stored using what seemed like a foolproof method to make sure that all of the money was collected safely and did not get mixed up with anything else only it seems to have grown overnight because there is far more there than I think there should have been. I now have sat in front of me £1,247.50 which will be going straight into my savings account in the morning. :D:confused:

    WTG thats amazing!!!!!

I have to tell you, I got on the net today and looked up our local car boots ( before I just read your posts in here on your profits!) To get up the loft and go and do a car boot this sunday!

Due to the postal strike out trip with the kids to blackpool has got to be put onhold because the CC vouchers are not going to be here in time for us to go!!

Sorry and glad you've been signed off on the sick, but you need a break by the sounds of things! make the most of it treat yourself to a couple of trashy novels (2nd hand) and sit and read them and chill out it worked for me when my BP was through the roof due to stress when I was working!!!

well done though you are doing great I bet your are proud :D
:) If you like what I say please say thanks :)

I think it was the two seemingly professional and lifelong market traders that I had with me that actually led to the successful profits. :D I would strongly recommend that you try it because I never thought that it would turn out so well. We had the contents of my sister's huge CD collection dating all the way back to the 80's and the older ones seemed to sell themselves without much input from us and her football programmes did really well as well. I was really surprise at the things that people were interested in and that they were happy to pay far more than we expected for them. If you do not mind the cold and chatting to complete strangers it could be very profitable for you. :D

Sorry Sammy there was not but there is now barely anything at all left for me either which I am starting to think was maybe not such a good idea after all. ;):D It is just as well that I do not go out very much and do not have much of a social life anymore. :rotfl: I am now at my sister's house and I should really start to unpack but I just keep wandering around all of the rooms and looking at how big they all are and I am thinking that it is really nice here and that maybe I could live here quite happily after all. :D I was asked if I would like to meet up with her at lunch time to go for a run in the park which I very politely said no to because I just cannot think of any reason why anybody would or could possible get any enjoyment from running around in circles in the cold and rain. Instead I have decided to maybe just sit in front of the TV with chocolate and ice cream and watch Sky al day because I have forgotten what it feels like to have the ability to choose to do that. :D

I will try to honestly but it real Belgian Chocolate sent over from Brussels by one of her friends so I will find it very hard not to eat it all because it has been a very long time since I have had any decent quality chocolate. :o:D

Perhaps you can get round your BIL by making them both a meal for when they get in from work.

I'm sure he'll come round, he probably just feels left out. He can't be a bad bloke if he willing spent the day standing in the cold just to help you make a dent in your debt.

Give him a hug and tell him how much you appreciate his help - I bet he'll be chuffed and your sister will love to see you getting on so well.

BTW, you've got an exceptionally loving sis there, take good care of her :D

Thank you Consultant31 I really do know that my sister is fabulous even although I probably take her for granted for most of the time because if it were not for her I probably would still be hiding from the debt collectors right now instead of facing up to my problems. :D I will try cooking for them but I will have to wait to the point where they are both really drunk before I try it because I never really inhereted any of the cooking genes in our family and I am worried that I might poison them. :o

  • I have just updated my signature and I think that I might just be in a position to make a full and final settlement offer to my remaining smaller creditor which is Moorcroft. I just hope that they are just as willing as the others to accept my offer and close my account with them. :o If anybody knows about the kind of figures that this company is likely to accept then will you please let me know because I really do not have a good track record when it comes to dealing with them.
