I'd love to swap places with you but.........I wont :D

Look at it this way, you'll be debt free a long time before me.

I think that the way things are going just now that I will probably find myself sanity free as well in the interim. :D

I've never been to a car boot either Ciara, but I've heard that decent clothing does well on Ebay.

Never been to a car boot   ooh, you've never lived :rotfl:

I bought a large size George Forman grill for £8 - hardly used - a couple of weeks ago. Half my mini office is kitted out with bargains from the car boots, including computer desk and comfy office chair for £10 each.

Clothing does sell well, especially if it's large size, ladies or mens. Be prepared for the people who will haggle you down to pennies if you let them. Don't be flummoxed by them, have a price in mind, tell them a little more and when you knock it down for them, they're happy and you've got what you wanted ;), easy-peasy.

Good luck, I bet you enjoy yourself despite what you think now (specially when you count the money you've made)!!!!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Your sister sounds a bit like me.

We went out today, and my hubby just kept saying 'who's that' all the time :o

First it was a rather handsome jogger, then the guy collecting trolleys at Tesco, and loads of other people :rotfl:

We do have an awful lot of clothing and most of it is labels or high end high street stuff but my stuff is all size 12's my sisters is all size 6's and 8's and I am really not sure what size my brother in law is and I am just not brave enough to go into the living room to look at any of his labels just now. There are a lot of shoes and boots in fairly normal sizes. Do you think that these will actually sell? :o There is also a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from when they eventually got round to having their church blessing which I am not really sure that I actually want to sell because it just does not seem quite right somehow to be selling them. There are also a huge range of household items as well as quite a few never used wedding presents that my sister has never used but still managed to move around all the houses that they have lived in. :D I think that I will leave all the negotiating and haggling to my sister though because she will probably be so much better at it and because she also does not appear to possess any sense of shame. I really hope that it goes well and is worth all the suffering. :o

See you two are alike so it should really be you doing the sale with her in the morning because you will get on brilliantly and have lots of fun. ;):D

I hate when that happens and it always seems to happen to me that the shoes that I want only ever seem to be available in both the size above and the size below what I actually need only I can never manage in them and always nearly break my neck. :o I have just been told that dinner has been booked in a restaurant in the next nearest city which I still think is actually a town so that I do not get caught being out while I am off sick. :o
