Thank you I was a bit worried about whether I would still be allowed to stay here because I really like it here and quite often feel quite intimidated by the posts that I read on some of the other boards and I do not think that I would feel at home anywhere else.

Please do not forget though that around a third of what I payed off actually came from the sale of my car which made a huge difference and I know that this is an avenue that is simply not open to most people. You can achieve it too though if you also move in with a sister and leave your dignity at the door whilst shamelessly freeloading off of her and selling everything that is not actually nailed down regardless of who actually owns it amongst other things. However if you like having your dignity and self respect then it may take a few weeks longer. :rotfl:

Congratulations on your impending arrival maybe we should form an expectant aunties club or something? I have a serious update that I must remember to record later in relation to the boyfriend so I will write myself a note so as not to forget.

Of course I have "dibbed" in from time to time, but I sat and read it all properly!! And as a result my house, kids and roots have been neglected.

You have been on an amazing journey these past few months.....it may take a little time to adjust to the next phase because of the intensity of it all. Enjoy those changes, but don't be surprised if things seem a little "strange" to you when making the transition - you have been so full on with the working and debt busting.

Thank you you are making perfect sense to me because I have already found that I just feel a bit strange and kind of deflated about it all when I know that really I should be totally elated. I hope that you managed to get your hair done in the end and that everything has gone really well on your first day in your new job. I am sorry for distracting you from your family but I will make no appology regarding the housework because I genuinely believe that any excuse to avoid it at all is a good one even if it was reading the crazed self obsessed and self pitying ramblings of somebody who really needed to grow up a bit. :rotfl:

I will consider myself told because I am not brave and am really not any use at any form of confrontation. :rotfl: There is an update regarding the boyfriend though which is really major. We were having a conversation about our lives and aims and our aspirations for the future when he just came right out and said that he could not imagine now not having me in his life for ever more and that one day nothing would make him happier than marrying me. :rolleyes: I nearly fell off of my seat with shock. :rotfl:

OMG !!! this news has to promp my first ever post !!
I lurked for a couple of months before registering and whilst lurking read this thread from start to finish, both cried and laughed through the whole thing. You come across as such a lovely person, it really is like a favourite book that you just can't put down' And now you might be getting near the
