A good month for me, tidied up my various accounts and have managed to have a pretty tight month, so declaring £630.99 for March! :D

Got a huge CC bill to pay for MoT, new hoover and a night away; but using money saved outside of the challenge for that. Only problem is, I absolutely hate spending any of my savings these days!!

What will be will be, no matter how long, making a whisper off a £100,000 hit is amazing!

Your pride must be so much more inflated than your savings accounts :D

Aw, thank you, and yes I am very proud to have saved every penny all by myself :)

Oh, also a small goal for me achieved, broke the £70k savings ceiling! Not as impressive as Tara's 100k but I would never have dreamed 3 years ago how much I would have stashed away

Hey, £70k is very impressive indeed!! :D

Nice! How long did it take to go from 0 - £100 000, assuming you meet your target in 2 months time? That's very impressive!

It's taken about ten years, an average of £10k a year.

What are you planning to do when you reach 100k Tara? Buy a house?

I don't know. I'm open to the idea, but haven't seen a house I love at the right price yet. So we'll see.

I definitely intend to treat myself to something when I reach the magic figure, though :)
