I've found them perfectly fine. The website is incredibly basic but does all you need it to, imo.
My recent switch went fine, including a switch from one Avro tariff to another within the first month (when SuperSavvy came to the market).
Only delay is with my old supplier (Eversmart) picking up the final readings from the 3rd party that controls that part of all switches. Avro have done their part well.
Had my MiL on Avro tariffs for over a year now with no problems there either.
I would recommend them from my experiences.

Just picked up an email from MSE/CEC saying they'll be paying the cashback to those who switched to the Avro MSE Collective but are still waiting for payment.As Avro told us your switch wasn't a success, this means we haven't been paid our referral fee, and as we explain the cashback we give is your cut of what we get.Well done Martin and MSE CEC for doing this. I hope they find some way of putting a black mark against Avro for this or possibly excluding them from their comparisons, stating why of course.
We have been pushing Avro to no avail so far, so Martin himself has now asked us to simply pay you and anyone affected (it's a small number) cashback, so everyone gets what MSE promised you.
If Avro does give us the money in the end, you'll get another cashback payment then (we can't alter the systems) which you're welcome to keep or donate to a charity.
I hope this assures you MSE lives up to its promises.

^^^Avro Energy agreed to a ban on taking on new customers after 26 May 2019 if it hadn't become a DCC user by this date...
Once that happens, the sales ban will be lifted....

Avro telephone systems are non-existent. Tried ringing daily for the last 2 weeks, on hold each time for 15-20 minutes before putting the phone down. Ended up sending an email - not happy!0

I asked to be told when my final bill was ready, I've been gone for 2 months now, so thought I'd ask again. Was informed it was on my web portal, well there's a first -- its been updated!
However they have erroneously attempted to bill me for 400 gas units in one month that I have not used, in fact I have never used gas since I moved in.
Scottish Power immediately altered my bill once I showed them a photo of my gas meter - hoping Avro will have some decency and do likewise. Not paying a penny until I hear back.0
