What will this do if I click on Get Cashback. I'm assuming I just follow the links and buy as normal and I'll get the £73.50 in my cashback account to use on other things?

Most important thing is to clear cookies before starting or to use an entirely separate browser with cookies cleared. This is to make sure your purchase tracks through Topcashback and not through someone else or even Sky direct.

Once you are logged in and cookes cleared then click Get Cashback. This will then take you to Sky's website and you can go through your order normally. You must make sure to complete the whole order online - try not to use the Back button to make sure it all tracks correctly.
Is this more worthwhile that Uswitch because I get a hefty amount of cashback rather than just paying out per month and that's it?

    yes.
When I click on the link it's saying monthly cost with offers is £16.40 and then £26.40 (I assume this figure is after the 12 months?)

    Correct.
    Doing the math:

16.4 x 12 = £196.80 goes out my account in total by the end of the 12 months and I get £73.50 back into a Cashback account?

This makes the purchase worth £123.30 approx £10.28 a month for the broadband if I factor in the cashback.

Yes but you will also get whichever one of the offers I mentioned too - ie the £100 M&S or Tesco voucher, £100 Mastercard voucher or the Galaxy Tab as these come from Sky.

**BT look like they're doing an even better deal with £126 cashback whatever that means? Is this even better for what I'm looking for which is essentially cheap broadband!! http://www.topcashback.co.uk/bt_total_broadband/?BACS=true&mpurl=bt_total_broadband&moid=163678

Cashback is more but isn't the cost more as BB is at least £5pm? If it's the £5pm deal, it's only £50 MasterCard as opposed to £100 with Sky. You need to weigh up the whole offer not just the cashback.

Not checked as it needs my personal details up front before I can even progress.

Looking at USwitch and TopCashback the difference in price is huge for EXACTLY the same thing. That's like a saving of £17.40-10.28 (after taking off cashback) = £7.12 which is massive.

How do these people make money??!

So after I've completed on this how do I get the cashback? Is it just a case of waiting for things to go through by doing the above and then withdrawing and the £73.50 gets Debited into my nominated account?

    Thanks once again.

First of all it should track your purchase. Then it should add the cashback and will be pending for a while. Eventually it will be payable - some companies pay quicker than others.

If it doesn't track for whatever reason, then lodge a claim with Topcashback/Quidco.

Cashback is never guaranteed so don't count on it. Most work out fine but sometimes one can go unpaid or take ages to pay out. Look on it as a bonus.

I've heard Topcashback take an admin fee?

There used to always be a fee of £5pa taken from any cashback amount. Now it seems to offer Premium services for the £5 and free otherwise. Quidco is the same.

Surely £5 out of an £80 cashback is worth it? Up to you though.
