Mis sold a 3 bedroom property

Can't believe how stupid you've been but I guess you already know that. Is there any way of moving the door so that it opens out or fit a concertina door on0

Yes the posts have been somewhat........ harsh (my own included!), but you've received the advice you sought. Or at least, you've been advised of your position, since there is little action one can advise you to take.0

Out of interest what does the room actually measure and what was you given as the measurements?0

you mis-read that as well then because there is no requirement in law that a private (non HMO rental) property meet any such measurement "requirements"To class as a bedroom the measurements on line states states you need to able to fit a single bed with room to open the door and we cant even do this?. Im after advice not abusive.
advice: you made a mistake, accept it is your fault and stop blaming others0 -
Has nobody told you?
Being 'mis sold' things is soooo last year.
Now we refer to such cases as 'not bothered about taking personal responsibility'0 -

and then see a surgeon & have your legs made-to-measure?

I'm sorry but you only have yourself to blame.Im after advice not abusive.
You saw the room... before you purchased.
You presumably saw the measurements... before you purchased.
And most importantly - the mortgage valuation told you it was a 2 bed... before you purchased.
But you still went ahead and purchased!!
Mid-sold? Not a chance! Mis-bought? Well...!!0
