Who do I complain to about badly placed traffic signs that possibly led to damage my

If it's a strange road to you, which is apparent as you didn't know it had speedbumps, why are you concerned about your personal security as it obviously isn't the road you live on, or even very near?
And even if it was your road, do you think someone here is so disgusted by your post they will pop round to discuss in person?0 -
Just to clarify, you took the corner at 30mph? in the dark and on an unknown road?
No, jesus.
I turned right like a normal person. If you look at the photograph, the speed bump is quite a bit on, it is enough to reach 30mph from 10mph. I was still accelerating when I hit it, so might be a few mph less but most likely 25 or above.0 -

how much COMPENSATION do you want? try the yellow pages
as mentioned above , you say its a road you had looked at on a map , but yet before this you were muttering about not giving your location away ? which is it?
I will bet there is adequate signage and you missed it thru not driving at an appropriate speed , as posted before at 25-30mph you should have been able to see it and stop , what if it was a child>
"who do I complain to , I have just run over a child"
I think most people on this thread are saying YOU are in the wrong!

If there are speed bumps in every road in area then the Council only has to put warning sings at the entry points to the area and not on every street.
Mind you, one road I travel down has speed bumps but no signs and this road runs right past the Council's main offices.Never Knowingly Understood.

OK, just your diagram shows the bump to around a cars length from the intersection.
Edit
Just had a look at the image further down, what's the sign on the pole just after the red car outside the Salvation Army?====0 -
There is a sign.
It's night time so you were driving with dipped headlights or being smart and only side lights.
The speed bump is marked with a white triangle.
It's under a street light.
And you still hit it going too fast?
Hardly the actions of a competent driver.0 -
