I was driving at night time and I did not see speed bump as there were also cars parked before it, further blocking the marking.

I went over the bump at 30mph and my car did not sound good, metalic noise and I was thrown up and driving it felt a bit rubbery after. I need to take it to get seen tomorrow.

The problem I have is with signage. You;re supposed to be warned that speedbumps are ahead. I would like to complain and maybe sue for damages if it is possible.

Could you please see attached photo graph for what I mean?

Who do you complain to? Your local Council, I would say.

  • If, in the circumstances you describe, you were doing 30 when you hit that speed bump you may wish to have a think about your driving skills

Where did I say it was drawn to scale? I'm not a cartographer.

At a resolution of 3440x1440, I would hardly called it "simple".

As a matter of personal security, I simply do not wish to reveal geophysical information (as you can see, I blurred out parts of the photo). So no, link will not be forthcoming sorry.
