UKCPS sent letter for money, but I wasn't there?

Basically by law they have to show photographic evidence, don't they?
Not quite true. They have to have pics to be able to show the DVLA they had "reasonable cause" to have the personal details. If they are not showing them, the use the DVLA email at #29 to get the DVLA to investigate about the unlawful access. DVLA can do all the work for you if you get onto them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
They don't have to take photographs. It could just be a bloke on a bike with a notebook & pencil but they would have a lot of difficulty proving anything with such evidence.0

Anyhow, I will get back to you when they reply to my letter demanding photographic evidence.
The letter they sent me was obviously printed on a really cheap printer which you could buy for £70. Maybe they do this so people don't take them seriously and ignore it then consequently the fine builds up! The phone number and address matched this one on the site-

so that's why I replied and guessed it was genuine.0 -

Do you mean the DVLA will have the photos on file?0 -
Been over two weeks since I sent this company the letter demanding photographic evidence. And saying I wasn't at the location they said I was at. They haven't sent a letter back !!! What should I do now? (I have copies of everything).0
