Hi I'd like to join this challenge :j (Never done a challenge before)
The debts I'd like to pay off are:-
Barclay Card = £560.14
Overdraft = £1,434.02
Capitol One = £1,380 (The actual ballence is £2,761.70 but I'm going for a more realistic half of that)
Total = £3,374.16 :eek: (Gulp)
Wish me luck!!0 -
I'd like to join this challenge as well. I have been doing the grocery challenge, and that has gone better than I expected, so will give this a try. I like the idea of a debt-free Christmas too, so I am intending to start organising presents etc. Any advice welcome - I will read the Christmas thread as well when I have a mo. Thank you Emily for this thread - great idea.
It would be really good to start the New Year with these three zapped, no painful January hangover feeling and be able to benefit from those sales for once!
Good luck to everyone, I am going to put my thinking cap on as to how to pay off these debts.

Hi everyone, haven't posted for a while.............have been trying to pay off overdraft but slow progress. DH and I worked out budget to clear over the next 2 months so should be clear by Dec 1st. However might be earlier if I can sell the snooker table and should be getting a Nintendo Wii in the next few weeks so I'll stick that on Ebay.
Elec and Gas are going down with regular payments but will pay off in Dec.
