I think you can donate your old phone to charity through Virgin, but am not aware of any part exchange - but perhaps this poster means that he can sell them on elsewhere - e.g. eBay?:EasterBun

I ordered a couple of these, got one and the other is on the way. However, today I thought I would get another and tried all sorts of ways to get the same offer online but to no avail. All I get now is £29.99 with £10 voucher and sim. I logged in (as I'm a member) and this time got £19.99 with a £10 voucher and no sim.
Can anyone confirm the £26.99 with £20 plus sim is still available by any means.
thanks,

YesOffer tested 11.25am 31/05/05 and is still available as per my original post (OP), the offer is available until 30/09/05 so it is unlikely to be pulled before then.
If you follow the instructions in the OP in conjunction with the advice in post #98 you should not have a problem. However, your order may well be taken and then rejected because if you read the terms & conditions (also on OP) this offer is limited to 2 per customer.
I think your mistake here may well have been by signing into your account with Virgin first because this may have established a Cookie in your browser which may be overiding the offer - I'm no expert on this but clearing Cookies has worked for other members so I imagine it has something to do with it!:EasterBun

very odd - I just tried it again and the offer was there.
I also got a colleague to do it a while ago and he had not been on the site at all (i.e. no cookies etc) and it wasn't there. He tried again and it was.
I cannot see what the common denominator is here - just to say it seems to be working now.0 -
I've tried many times to order the phone online, from 2 different PCs. Each time when I review the order, in the section marked Delivery, I get the message
No times available, press Amend and choose another date.
This happens even if I choose another date. Any idea what's going wrong?

Just worked for me when I ordered another Nokia 1100 - last one was for my Mum I may well just keep this for myself! :T
Anybody know if unlocking code will be the same for this one as the last one a couple of weeks ago?0 -
YesHi
the unlocking code is different for each phone, it's based on the imei number.
pm the imei and I can send you a code.
