    Thanks for all of your ideas for sandwich fillings and to the OP. I'm looking for old fashioned supper ideas of the sandwich and cake variety for visitors who call regularly.     I love toasted pitta or bun with garlic mayo on one side and green pesto on the other in the middle lettuce/rocket ,tomato, onion and sun blush tomatoes, then either Mexican chicken or piri piri chicken.
    Also done same with ham !
    Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.
