Well I've written it on here now so no wimping out.
It should be easy as its just a phone call to find out if we can or not. I'll do that when he gets back to give myself the best chance of having it all paid off. Just need to sell all my belongings and not buy hoovers.

Thank you for all believing in me! It's scary. I commit too much to ideas. But all I think is garden garden garden. It's going to cost me a bomb in garden toys whoops x

We love our garden. It doesn't have lots of pretty flowers, but our lawn is nice. I remember over the summer, lying in the paddling pool whilst Mr C was filling it up with warm water for me. Bliss.

Now that you have something positive to look forward too, the time will fly by and you'll soon be at your goal.

That's brilliant Kitten! OH was in a flat in Birmingham for a few years, and we loved it - it was warm and new but I'm a house girl at heart so that's the route we went down and I wouldn't change it for the World - ours has a bigger garden than we need and I'm not remotely green fingered but I love sitting out there (even though it's freezing and we only manage about 5 mins out there before running in to try and get warm :rotfl:)

83% ltv is great as well, you'll get decent interest rates :)

    Sorry dd2 pressed it.
Poo everywhere. Then after the bath she weed on her sister. I haven't even stripped the bed yet. I've surrendered. Had about a cm of wine and I'm drunk!
Today is rubbish. Drunk in charge of babies. I'll eat something to soak it up in a minute but for now I'll enjoy the buzz. And the not caring.
Why's it just constant poo in this house? I can't cope. I need a break.

I just got to the point where I was ok. She was bathed and clean and the bed was contained for when I went to go get it. Weeing on her sister just sent me. Forgot I can't drink booze anymore, mainly because I just don't.
Well his quidco came in and is now on his credit card.
Now my total credit card debt is £2740 I am so frustrated to get rid of it now. I know this is silly as its because I owe my mum a bomb but still grrr! Come on kitten!!
I know we aren't supposed to care but paying everything off is having such a negative effect on our credit files! Goes down for swapping to new 0% deals, goes down for reducing overdrafts AND for information not coming through at the same time as balances it keeps saying that I am exceeding my limits! I have never exceeded my limit. I realise that I have a tiny income but given that I've always been a good girl and paid more than the minimum and have decreasing debt i thought I'd have a better rating than poor. I thought poor would be defaults and ccjs.
Well fingers crossed as we aren't looking to move lenders and we've always paid our mortgage on time for 3 years.
Well that's my two cents. Watching £100k house and despite being dead against their ideas getting very excited. And I've got the right move app too. Not that I'm overdoing it lol xxx

  • My credit rating is 167..... Now that's a bag of poo right there.

You're gonna be alright, slow steps X

Kitten - my score on experian was in the high 900s but on noddle it's very poor! They make no sense as far as I'm concerned - our mortgage advisor told me to ignore the score as it means nothing to lenders - they have their own criteria and don't even see the credit score.

You're doing so well with the debt, and it takes ages for everything to update so don't worry about it - by the time hubby gets home I'm sure it will all look much better :D

Sorry, but I did giggle about the poo/wee explosion! I'm sure it's not funny for you at the time though :o
