The White Baps never get picked up vs M. Not very good as seems only place is for the White Finger 55p vs 55p Sains (more expensive everywhere else). So, just 5.5p or maybe 11p if two bought (check if Sains has a 2 for £1 mbuy - it could be very slightly better (but still not very good)). Whoopsied rolls would be way cheaper than even this glitch if it is one.

The Herbal Essences mbuy not a good idea vs M there - or, indeed, a good idea at all as (a) there is no glitch on the mbuy; (b) they are straight £1.94 price for T, which is cheaper than A's mbuy so no need to buy the mbuy at all - 'better' to buy just one.

Someone bought a Lottery ticket here today - they don't do that very often (and I understand tickets are now £2 each:eek:) but one once in a rare occasion is alright - they got 10, 11... and then it all went wrong:(. Oh well - if truth be known (and it's probably not true!) the National Lottery is probably one of the worst odds of the lotteries anyway?

I went to a brilliant grammar school in Bucks; 2 of my siblings went to the local secondary modern sink school. It's not a perfect system.

But in reality there is no criticism of you or the education system. I was serious when I say that education is very important - We chose our house purely on the schools, and 4 out of my 5 have gone to either Russell group Universities, or the University that has the best course for them. Strangely it is the one who did not go to Uni, who is a very high achiever and is achieving highly in his job.

I did however turn down a full scholarship for DS2 to a top private school as I did not feel that it was the most appropriate school for him.

Last year I did a PGCE to train as a teacher.


I got my first exposure to secondary schools for 35 years.


I was shocked by how bad most comprehensives are. Truly awful.


Luckily I was placed in a Grammar School for 3 months. Absolute excellence.


Motivated me to get our kids into Grammar Schools, which we have achieved.
