Mine say 75g. :(Have I been short-changed again and this time bought some non-appearing trigger, nine times over? I don't know what you mean sorry as I'm not aware of cartons but only know about Christmas tubes. I have been misled: next time, APG tell us which product to buy:mad:. I've got what was stated on the APG and on a.com - unfortunately I did not see the post as I'd already left for A. The Maltesers 75g tube ones (at least I think I've got tubes), alone, scanned at 3 for £2.

In a way, you contradict yourself as you say they are cartons not tubes but then note the tubes are 100g. I assume you bought 100g cartons rather than tubes?

Earlier in the day, we thought that the 3 for £2 might include all the other tubes of sweets such as smarties, pastilles etc. which were also priced at £1. So I tested them in store, unfortunately the multibuy didn't kick in.

To me the definition of a tube is a long hollow cylinder and I was merely pointing out that the Maltesers were not in a cylinder tube but in an oblong carton, so that people could get the right ones. I also pointed out that the weight of the said carton was 75g as opposed to the 100g in the cylinder shaped tubes.

I only said I sounded like Savvy as I know you are pedantic about weights and that is an observation not a criticism.

Hope that clears up any misunderstanding. Enjoy your Maltesers.

    Afternoon all :D

Hello bubbs, how's your day been? At least it's Friday woohoo, I've only been as far as Mr M this morning looking for packs of 30 Pepsi but being a small store they didn't have any grrrr

Taking DH to his friends later as he has a bad knee and finding it difficult to walk (think its cartridge damage) might be home before midnight

    See you all later x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

QOC, good luck with the resignation. I am so glad I have resigned and would never go back to that job (it used to be the best job ever) but am now feeling that I am a bit useless even though I only finish on the 17th January (2 months notice).
I have qualifications but looking at the nhs application forms is like another language! So different from when I applied many moons ago. Even applying for a non qualified McMillan sitter post is complicating. I do need to earn something a month but it doesn't have to be the same amount if we are very careful.
If I could understand glitching then I would get more involved and perhaps help the thread and make a profit at the same time.
I still haven't told my mum, brother or sister that I have handed my notice in :o
I wish you every success in your next venture :)
