Thank you yes its today. I've got mixed feelings about it I think I've become conditioned, its been such a big part of my life since July it feels a bit strange to be coming to an end.
At least I should have more time now because every Tuesday and Wednesday have been spent at the hospital.

Very simple I'm afraid. The proportions are about 8oz chestnuts to 2oz breadcrumbs, simply boil the (peeled) chestnuts in chicken stock until tender, then blend with the breadcrumbs until smooth. I do tend to do a few lots at a time because it improves in the freezer
