A real work at home job

After training my first week of production is scheduled as follows: Tuesday 7-10pm, Wednesday 7-10pm, Friday 7-10pm, Saturday 6-10pm.
This is for the first week only after that the schedule changes again.

How have you found the training Catwoman? I have never done this type of customer service before any tips you can pass on would be appreciated

I am in my last week of training and I am on the phones tonight taking calls till Friday. After Friday, that is then me on my normal shift. So if you are meant to be working Sat, Sun as part of your normal shift, Im pretty sure you will be working.

Who has said that the first few weeks will be different? We all got told the above last night by our trainer (Gerard).

Nope your first proper week will begin on the first day you are rota'd onto after Monday. I am on rota for Sat, Sun, Wed, Thur and Fri. After this Friday I am not due on call till Wednesday.

hiya has anyone who is starting on the 1st oct got the details for workbooth conference or the training? i havent and am just wondering

I would also suggest people use the print screen function built into the operating system to enable them to grab screen shots and paste them into documents. It's a quick and easy way of building up a lot of info that you will need. You can do it during the training in meeting palce and during the tests to gather your information prior to taking your assessments.

I applied for this yesterday but have not heard anything yet. Most people seem to have heard back quite quickly so I am not sure whether it could be a bad sign but presumably they would let me know one way or another?
