two last questions actually.
i read that your trained for upto 20 hours a week for 4 weeks initially ? during this period are you officially employed by them ? as in, you get paid ?
lastly, i look on the page to apply on their website, and there are 2 jobs, inbound sales agent, and customer service agent. im asuming customer service agent is the tech support job ?0 -

Hi
Yes you are employed and will get paid for 20 hours training per week.
We are classed as customer service agents also in the sales roles. But from the context i would imagine yes its the tech job.

There is a customer service role which is the tech support role and also a Sales role which (obviously) is the sales role. If you applied for customer service you applied for the tech placement.0

And just to confuse matters even more, I applied for customer service position thinking it was actually customer service - and it was sales - which I love by the way. On my contract, even though I am inbound sales, I am listed as customer services :rotfl:Auddel0
