Has anyone sent their paperwork back yet?Mine only came today (also two workbooth disks) so I'll have to get a move on if it has to be back by the 3rd day of training.

Done the workbooth disk and that all seems to be fine.

    Roll on monday

Training does not start until the 10th, so no first payment for anyone until a fortnight.

They are a huge international company, so I have no worries about being paid

Probably the same whatever large company you work for. I am not worried. A job is what you make it.
  • Hiya, I have applied and been accepted for a customer service rep with teletech, the dilemma I have now is that the only shifts available begin at 5pm which is the kids t time and I am just wondering how to keep them quiet whilst working!
  • Did anyone see in the yellow booklet that attending the workbooth telephone conference is mandatory? I guess I had better sign in tomorrow... I dont want to get sacked before I have even started!

Also, has anyone recieved a headset yet? I was just wondering if we need the headset and a wired telephone before Monday? I'm hoping that we wont be on the phone during the training session as I have no idea how I will keep the kids quiet. I will be okay when I start my shift as the kids will be in bed at 7pm but 6 is a bit early for bed!

Hi mustbemad, looks like I'll be "seeing" you tonight on the conference call just in case.
The lady who gave me my second interview sent me an email confirming that headsets are free and that we wont get them untill a few days into training.(I suppose there will be a large proportion of people that have got this far but won't turn up on the night)
As for the kids, there's always gaffer tape!!!;)
