Never had any luck with Live Help either they seem to USA based and didn't know much about recruitment in UK. Forgot how to get in touch now with Live Help it's been going on that long:mad:

I can understand your frustration ive had exactly the same problems for the same amount of time. I wrote a rather blunt email the recruiter who has just called me back. she explained even though you are sucessful on interview and they will inform you of this they keep you on file until your availabilty fits with them (even though ive given them 24 hours each day !) and also she pointed out it could be that my experience may not be suitable for the current client, one of the uks biggest phone and Broadband providers. ( even though i have worked for ntl for 6 years and was a team manager in both sales & technicial customer service, how much more do they want ? ). She said i should hear shortly from somebody and was concerned i was not clear about their interviewing protocol ! So ill wait in aniticipation and see what happens now, but im not getting too exicted.

Will keep an eye on your posts and fingers crossed you will get it sorted.

If they give you an explanation on how the recruitment process works I will be very interested to hear.

    Keep me informed please:rotfl:

Just been on Live Help they asked if I had collected email dated 27/2, I have collected and responded to email, just asked me to contact my recruiter either by email (already tried that) or phone and gave me a direct number(no way am I calling USA at my expense)when they can't be bothered to reply.

I did also mention that I am giving up so I will give them a couple of days and then that's it.
Obviously by then I will have missed the bl**dy training session that starts this weekend.

Ideally they need to have UK recruiters would stop all this confusion and also the paperwork & solicitors letters. They would be able to check via NI numbers !

When you get the webpage up with your computer information on do you "submit" it? It should then go through to a page where you add your id and your email address and submit again. What happens then?

With mine it went back to the first page to start all over again. If this happens to you - disable popup blobker, then go tools - internet options - lower your security and delete cookies and past history.

    Hope that helps!
