If you press Option 4 (other enquiries) you can speak to a real person. I did that earlier and told them (nicely) that I had been waiting 2 weeks for a form, so I hope to get one tomorrow or thurs at the latest.

Done! I spoke to the guy and also had a right go at him in a nice way. Telling him that the precedures need to be changed and to please pass it on to whoever deals with it as people have been waiting for 2 weeks and thats very bad service. I told him I know its not his fault but please pass it on to whoevers fault it is! Then told him to have a good day LOL :rotfl:

does anyone know what level of check is required for the CRB?

The email about CRB was only a link to the Scottish CRB bureau. You then have to apply yourself. If you have lived at your address for 12 months or more you can apply online, if not you have to phone/email them and they will send you a form. Note that the latter method takes a looong time. If you have a definite training date, then (imo) I would start the ball rolling on getting your CRB.

can you give me the website for that, also how is the info sent to teletech, do we put their adres or is there a code?? e-mailed the adres on the contract several times and they have not replied and the phone number on the contract is invalid!!!

ok just had email to say i have not submitted my skills test (yes i did it last night and submitted it) said they called but had no reply (no they didnt) as been in all day trying to get this bleeding technical test to work ... im sick of talking to live support all they do is give me a number to call in america..ive tried the test on my daughters pc she is running wireless and everything comes up on her pc that doesnt on mine(im hardwired via the router ) she gets the submit button i dont......now on the email ive received today which i print below

now email i recieved yesterday says i had to submit it within 48 hrs i only recieved the tests to do at 8 pm last night now i recieve this...also ive sent numerous emails to the address on the email sent about 6 since last night asking if there is anotherway i can send results but had no reply
seems to be a complete waste of time

GROOVYCHICK2007: Prior to completing the assessment did you SAVE it onto your computer. If you didn't then although you can submit it, it doesn't actually get sent.
