    Hello everyone :hello:

Can anybody help? I've completed all the online assessments. Received workbooth cd today and everything runs a-okay. However, I'm having trouble booking a calendar slot - it won't allow me to click anywhere  I did try LiveHelp, but they too are stumped. Any suggestions?

    X Thanks muchly X

Why are you looking to book a calendar slot? I think they contact you with the dates etc of any interviews/ conference calls that you will need to be available. May have changed since I went through it all though lol
  • On the paperwork that came with the Workbooth cd, it says after you've completed the Workbooth assessment to book a 'Workbooth session' (which is mandatory). It then goes on to give you instructions of how to do this...click on calendar icon, choose date and time etc.....only prob being, that doesn't work lol

A do know what your referring to but I don't think the calender thing is
used anymore, it was for a short period last year, but appears to have
    been stopped.

I think your next step will to be to antend a informal Q&A meeting
with other applicants, only the recruiters can tell you for sure though,
So maybe you should get back to "Live Help" and ask whats the next step
    and when will it be.
  • A-ha, thank you. I received an email inviting me to an interactive online meeting, so I shall go ahead and book one of those ;)

now they have told me it is all completed, and i quote

Also, it is important for you to understand that our work environment at TeleTech is 24/7, so you need to be available to work all shifts. This includes overnight, both Saturday and Sunday, and even holidays

Who knows what the future holds, but at the moment the latest you
will work is 11pm, as the calls are switched to another centre after that.

but yes it does run 7days you dont have to work 7 though, and if your
rota'd for a bank holiday you still have to work it but you do in effect get
    paid for that day twice.

We got xmas day and boxing day off this year, but new years day was a normal day (double time) though, hope it will be the same next year.

    Have you uploaded a CV?
If not do you have one you can add to your hirepoint
profile, this appears to help to get you noticed.
