but yes it does run 7days you dont have to work 7 though, and if your
rota'd for a bank holiday you still have to work it but you do in effect get
paid for that day twice.

We got xmas day and boxing day off this year, but new years day was a normal day (double time) though, hope it will be the same next year.

Give the "Live Help" another go, from what I have read they have
sorted out everyones elses problems.

i last spoke to them monday - they said to wait 3-5 days - at least i haven't got a no i suppose

i just went on live help again - now they are saying i should hear within 48 hours

also gave me email address to chase it up [EMAIL="HBOAtHome@TeleTech.com"]HBOAtHome@TeleTech.com[/EMAIL] so i have just emailed them too

i got the call, at last!

just did tests, pc passed fine, did skills test - think i mucked up renaming file thing but appart from that all ok

Can someone explain MeetingPlace to me please Do we have to call in before we can actually access the web page? I tried signing in before, before I had dialled the number. I passed the browser test thingy, yet when I tried to actually get in the room, the page just constantly displayed 'connecting' or something along those lines. I already disabled pop ups and windows firewall. Adobe is up to date too. I'm left baffled :huh: I sent an email to Tt to explain, no reply back yet.

Meetings are set for a specific time so if you try and log into that specific meeting when it isn't scheduled it literally has nothing to connect to. So long as you passed the browser test-don't worry.
When you log in when a meeting is scheduled you simply unclick the "get meeting place to call me" box -then click connect and you just connect in just like any other webpage.
