Think it's a new stage in the process to make sure all people applying know exactly what they are getting into and it allows questions to be asked of people who may actually know the answers instead of the trainers having to deal with things that they may not have all the info on.
  • I also got the email today after completing the previous steps a good month ago... be interesting to see what it entails

  • At the risk of asking a really silly question, the times given are in BST, to change to GMT you Minus one hour is that correct? I.e 3pm BST is 2pm GMT?

Yep thats right, BST = GMT+1 so just take an hour off the time they give in the email.

I would double check the time, our first training one said 5pm BST but we did start at 5pm GMT
  • Hi everyone

I filled in a Teletech application and completed the tests back in September. I got a call from them to set up a final interview, but they wanted me to work 30 hours. I declined, as I can only commit to 20 hours a week at the moment.
Have also been invited to the online meeting, and wondered if I attend I will have to cancel my works xmas do - quite happy to if it means I am a step closer to a new job, but not if they are still looking for 30 hours!

Is there anyone out there doing a 20 hour week for Teletech?

Also with the meeting time - I thought BST stood for British Summer Time, so assumed as I had accepted a 5pm BST meeting then the meeting would start at 4pm?
