The first week of calls will be strange and very tense for you as it's a new situation for you, once you settle into it and realise a lot of the calls are similar you will find it a lot easier. Also the hometech users have a chat room system where people can help or give you advice.... or just have a laugh to unwind ;)
  • I'm quite enjoying the training so far, but I confess I'm a massive geek and go around fixing my friend's broadband all the time.

A bit anxious about speaking on this thread though still, what does everyone else make of it? The other day our trainer told us that someone had been discussing TeleTech on a forum and got sacked!!!!
  • yeah just be careful. its another forum causing the problem . as long as you dont mention the client, employer or any specific info its ok, dont over explain things, we know what you mean !!

enjoy ther training, the first week of taking calls is hard because its all new but after a few weeks you ll be a pro!!

    You Got It!
    :D
  • Jees ! You two are going for gold. Lol

Im still having days, along with a few others, were Im feeling great and really sure about what im doing, then you get ''that call'' that knocks you right back down and you feel as if you know nothing then dread going to work the next day and want to leave there and then:eek:

Comunication could do with being tightend.

Apart from that all is well, well almost lol

How you guys finding training, all good i hope ? And when will you be going live ?
Eeee by gum, does your belly touch your bum ? :p

Just checked the hirepoint website, and they are still advertising
for @home workers, No idea how long it will last though.

Hello, I am hopefully coming to the last stages of the application process. I Have completed the assessments and today received an email inviting me to an online meeting.

I've read the posts in this forum and have not noticed anyone mentioning this. Was thinking maybe this has just been introduced?

The email says it is an interactive meeting that will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour; discussing who TeleTech is and job expectations, along with what the next step will be in the hiring process and any questions we may have.

Has anyone done this as I was just wondering what to expect?

Thank you for all your help. I hope everyone who has completed training is enjoying their new job!

    :-)
