Probably-I'll be more confident once they ask for the passport verification (which I wish they'd hurry up with as I'm waiting to renew my passport as will be away right before the 19th)

I got the same email as well. Though the WorkBooth CD still isn't working for me, and i'm running out of ideas of stuff to try. Livesupport gave me a phone number to ring for help, but it's a USA one, and i can't really afford to ring that

I am also scheduled to start on the 19th. My interview went well and received my welcome e-mail about my info packet coming via UPS. Can anyone tell me what to expect in the packet? BTW- I'm from the USA. I don't know if it's different info, but any answers are appreciated. Thanks

Oh, maybe if you received a welcome letter soylady the I am on the shortlist incase some people that got offered the job say no.

I just wanted to check in. We had a meeting as a team on the 15th and we’ve tentatively scheduled our next training to begin November 19th. I just wanted to keep you posted – will this start date work for you?

If all things are a go, that will allow me to draft your paperwork and send the contract to you.

Is this the 2nd CD thats also not working?

Are there any cordless phones that i can use with their headset does anyone know, as if I have got the job this would be an easier option?
