I had the final interview at 3pm today - they were on time!!! She said that the next training group is due to start 19th Nov. Same for anyone else? She also said she would be in contact on Monday coming to say wether Ive been successful or not.

Hey people, could someone help me out?

Basically I spoke to TeleTech today via there Online Help thingy, and they told me that my Technical Assessment hadnt been sent through, which is weird because I did it twice.

Anyways, I repeated the process again, with my firewall turned off, so I hope this works, but does the Technical Assessment program actually tell you if, if you've passed or not? Because for me, I only got the 'post information screen' followed by the filling in of my 3 details - HirePoint ID, name and email address.

Weird...btw sorry to be a bit robotic with my Q&A's, I promise to show a bit more personality once I get through this headache application process!

    Many thanks!

  • Hi again,

I finally got my workbooth cd today but i'm having great trouble getting it to work. I get the multi-couloured text and the penguins(!),etc but then the screen goes blank and the whole pc freezes. I have Vista and i just read the self help guide and saw that some of the hardware used by workbooth is not supported by Vista. Anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help? Thanks lots.
  • It worked fine for me but im using Windows XP.

Maybe u cud try the live help and ask them :)

  • Wernt they telling people they would be sorting through applications at the weekend?

I know I only had my final interview today... So assume others will have too.

  • Sorry to moan , but i still haven't got the workbooth cd to work :(

I tried the live help but they just referred me to the FAQ's on the workbooth website. Has anyone else got it up and running on Vista?
