I've been thinking about getting one of these to replace my Nexus 4.

Vodafone's online store and physical stores near me are reporting 1 to 2 week delivery times.

  • How do the stock apps compare to those on a Moto G (1st gen)? I have used a Samsung Galaxy S3 and hated the differences.

Sold by a UK retailer or not, it is still from a Chinese supplier. The 615 was introduced in February 2014. i didn't suggest that the phone is outdated. I'm saying that we pay too much for them here.

No argument that the phone is good value as compared to the ridiculous prices that people pay here for a similar spec.

Example of similar or better spec phone sold in the UK at a similar price point here

The address for the seller is:

Sarah Lee, ZTE Industrial City,Chuangye Road,Nanshan District 518054 Shenzhen, China
I would agree the P8000 has better spec and if the SU6 had not come along when it did i probably would have had it instead. It looks like all the sellers offering it for £120 are actually based in China, even if they proclaim to be from London, as i said not quite like for like.

Still dispatched from the UK. Take note of the delivery times.

I don't know why you are arguing. No one is suggesting that the Vodafone is poor value. The suggestion is that we pay too much in general in the UK for this kind of thing.

  • Still looking to upgrade my trusty Nexus 4 is the smart ultra an upgrade?

My main gripe with the Nexus 4 is the battery struggle to get a days use out of it.

Was considering 5x but at a third of the price the smart ultra looks a no brainer

Amazon have just run out of stock at £100. Maybe available from other sellers via Amazon at higher price.
