I would delete Kodi .
Install fresh and put the addons you actually want on the stick .

Trouble is that Kodi is a PITA to install on the Firestick, I'd be tempted to wipe Kodi using the fresh start option then install any addons. Or maybe a light build like Titan that isn't too graphics heavy.

OP - You may be better off asking in one of the many Kodi facebook groups as we are skirting on the edges of what is allowed here.

agreed on freshstart , then a simple install of istreem , this will link to all the film sites as needed

a wifi explorer , you can then see which channel your wi fi is on , and more importantly any of your neighbours are using. you can then go into your router and change/move the channel you are on to a less crowded one

I carried out a few scans and can pick up 6 wifi users including myself. 5 of these, including myself, are on channel 6 and the other 1 is on channel 13

There are a number of Odi settings to help buffering .
Likewise sports look at i4atv dexters operation robocop .
All found via google or yewtube and as usual all subject to servers going down at times .
