My hubby loves watching films - I sit a do my hobbies I hate them
He has eaten Octopus, Squid, Pheasant - I'm a vegetarian
He loves the house hot - I hate it so hot so open a window
He is so untidy in the kitchen - I tidy as I go along
He hates Marmite - I absolutely love it, the thicker the better
He puts his clothes on the Floordrobe - I hang mine up properly
He loves Red Wine - I hate the smell of it and I don't drink at all


I think that's about it. Besides that we are very compatible & we are best mates

My OH loves braised ox heart, I cannot abide it (he cooks it himself when he has it,I won't go near it).I like most vegetables,he only eats peas & carrots.

He loves Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Alan Partridge & Reeves & Mortimer. They're OK. Until you see them played on a constant ****ing loop for months on end. Then you hate the damn shows.

I like swing, delta blues and classical, he likes (for no reason I can fathom, other than the appeal of opposites for a boy from the Moors) things like NWA et al. Luckily we both like almost every other genre of music the other does.


I like Marvel & DC Movies/comics, graphic novels and artwork, he doesn't.

Left to my own devices, my ideal environment is colourful but uncluttered, with strong lines and lots of space. His ideal environment resembles something a giant evil robotic Magpie would create if it took over Steptoe's yard.


I see the s*dding teabags and bread crusts in the sink, the unscraped plates on the side and the biohazards in the office. He sees me let the cat lick my plate when I've finished eating - before I put it STRAIGHT INTO THE DISHWASHER.


He doesn't particularly like going out. I get cabin fever if I don't.

Christ, I wouldnt know where to start! there are so many things that we differ on like that. Football would be the biggest one probably - took her to the match once - never again!
