I love going to plays - he can't see the point!

He likes mushrooms. I hate them.

Other than that there's a lot we both actually agree on...that said i'm not a gamer and he loves his games though i don't hate them or hate him playing them.

PlayStation- he's always on the damn thing and I can't be doing with it.
Meat- he's a total carnivore and I'm not quite veggie but I only eat chicken and ham;
Reading- I love reading and he only reads the paper occasionally and his aircraft magazines.
We both love rugby but he supports Leicester Tigers and I'm a Nottingham fan, he hates lower division rugby as he says its boring but I'm not a fan of the 'pretty' rugby played in the Premiership. He supports Ireland even though he was born in England (Irish family) and I support England (also have Irish family)

Mostly food based things with us, I hate onions, tomatoes and pork, they are his favourites. I love mushrooms and creamy pasta sauces and he hates them. I'll cook him a pork and tomato pasta bake the same time as I do my own with a creamy mushroom sauce.

He loves football, F1 and darts, I find them all boring but I will happily sit and watch rugby which he has little interest in.

We share a love of music (although some different tastes, I'm more into rock, he likes cheesy 80s music) and both love documentaries, history, wildlife and nature.

We seem to have a good balance of common interests for us to do things together and our own interests for us to do our own thing without the other being left out.
