Child Support Agency Help!

And yet you may have 0 desire but have it forced upon you by the woman. I wonder if you could sue Durex to pay the child support in such situations
Could of course not have sex.
- though I believe in the U.S. In some areas a father can sign away their parent status. But that's a very loosely based opinion.0 -
What a load of tosh =/ why should I be forced to pay £hundreds/month towards a kid I didn't want just because a condom might break & the woman is unreasonable.
Condoms aren't 100% effective. No form of contraception is except perhaps sterilisation and even then things can go wrong.
Would you consider a forced abortion reasonable or would you be happy just pushing get down the stairs or taking an old wire coat hanger to her womb?
If you don't want to risk an unplanned pregnancy don't have vaginal sex.0 -

I would suggest abortion. If the women alone is adamant to have the kid then she alone should be forced to maintain it. Current status quo means the woman is 100% in control about whether to have the baby and the father is 100% forced to pay upkeep.
If an Abercrombie model was working his way through women passing HIV on to them all would you blame the women for allowing it to happen because they didn't take a celibacy approach or force him to wear a condom everytime?
It's a lot more reasonable for the girl to force him to wear a condom than it is for a guy/couple to go from dating to ready to start a family without 1+ years in between that involves sex now that 2000 year old fiction is out of fashion. I support your appeal for more women to take it in the butt :money:Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0

Yes people should take precautions to prevent contracting HIV. In the same way people who don't want children should take precautions to minimise the risk of pregnancy.
It would be wrong for someone who knows they are HIV positive not to tell a potential sexual partner this information just the same as it would be wrong for someone not to disclose that they were not currently taking any oral contraception or don't have a contraceptive implant before sex.
Unfortunately for you the law disagrees with your view point and if you end up fathering a child you're going to have to pay.0 -

Current status quo means the woman is 100% in control about whether to have the baby and the father is 100% forced to pay upkeep. - not quite an accurate situation. The woman is also left looking after a child for 18+ yrs, losing her career, her youth, and a lot of money. The 'man' can simply pay 11% net and do whatever. I mean not really a man, abandoning their child physically and emotionally....

If you dont know that babies come frm sex, you shouldnt be having it.
It's a lot more reasonable for the girl to force him to wear a condom than it is for a guy/couple to go from dating to ready to start a family without 1+ years in between that involves sex now that 2000 year old fiction is out of fashion. - make sure you know the person you're sleeping with... I support your appeal for more women to take it in the butt :money:
loose morals is no excuse really. The result is todays society.0 -

I don't see it as paying, I see it as contributing, the sort of mentality exposed in your post , to me is what hold's women back in modern society. From when I was at school we were taught all genders are equal, so I don't look at it as women are only good for making babies (and claiming benefits indeed that is a large minority), some single parents are from broken down relationships, however whatever the reason, it is not always the male's fault, and any self respecting male is not going to hang around in a loveless set up, we can just contribute 15% net and get on with our lives.0 -

Actually she isn't if she doesn't want to since she won the right to chose to abort or give the child for adoption, a choice that men don't have. She is only left with having to raise a child if that is what she wants to do.
Personally, in this day and age of constant shouting about equality between the sexes, I am amazed that there is still such legal differences between men and women when it comes to choosing to become a parent or not. Not have sex...can you imagine deciding to stop abortion laws and tell women that if they don't want to fall pregnant by accidents, they just shouldn't have sex...0 -
It seems to be down to attitude.., but whatever a woman says about being on the pill, its not possible to get pregnant etc.., the man always has a choice to use contraception to make as sure as possible that a pregnancy doesn't occur (its not foolproof but a lot more sure than nothing). Or what we used to call heavy petting is an alternative.
My son's first gf.., erm one of those women who was rather eager.., and I know such women exist from talking to men. Not my way but one has to recognise not everyone is like yourself. So I reiterated everything related to sex education I'd ever said to my son and made sure he had plenty of condoms. Wasn't taking any chances I could prevent lol. His choice, his decision but with a lot of guidance lol.
I wish more would handle things this way. It horrifies me how early some people have sex.., without a thought for consequences, morals/ethics etc. And well, its almost like a 'hello'.., and about as important to those that take this view.
To be honest, it horrifies me that the OP doesn't know anymore than the woman's first name and yet they had sex? Maybe some thought needs to be given to that. The OP doesn't seem to be reviewing what/why/consequences at all, just wandering how the heck to get out of a CSA difficulty.0 -

I think in the OPs case, they didnt. My understanding is the woman ha 'picked a name' and gone with it.0
