You have one heck of a social life then, Frogletina!! Still why not.It sounds as though you're app is great at keeping a budget really up together.

Keep going the way you are and you'll soon need an app to be sure of keeping your appoinments!

You talking of book clubs reminds me that I'm supposed to be involved in one this weekend! We're all reading the 1st chapter of The Hunger Games....in French(not my type of book at all), but I do love French. Though I've got to admit that I'm not entirely able to concentrate on it with SPC being at a critical stage and I know where I'd rather be! ;) It's not the reading of it, it's being able to concentrate enough to be then chatting to folk in French about it!!!! There are times and there are times! Apart from that our DD is quite poorly at present with MS and liver problems, she is so jaundiced and needs a liver scan.

Hi nanto3girls!! Now, I can't recall what you normally save but THAT is an amazing amount saved and I bet you're over the moon with it!!!!!!!! :j:T:j Congratulations to you on a fantastic job of saving!!!!! :D I so appreciate your very kind words.

Hello to you too, bossymoo! ......and another GRAND sum for you too!! I've a sneaky hope that we'll possibly do very well this year, but we'll wait and see. Ooops! Sorry bossy, I got a little distracted then. Anyway congratulations on such an impressive amount!!!!!!!:T:dance: See you both on SPC 10 when you're ready.

Potter #553 is declaring the grand total at:

    £156.88

That's £56.88 more than I was saying in my head and £16.88 more than the highest I dare let myself dream.

To quote what I texted my OH immediately after potting the coins "Christmas is allowed to happen this year"

    Hi all
I would like to sign up again for next year. I however started a pot in October and it seems a shame to open it. Would you start from scratch when it starts or not? (Its one of those metal tins)

i stopped when I became pregnant.

Hi indigowarrior! It's so good to see you back! There's no need to sign yo up again as you're already on the list and your membership No is 545. Please add it to your signature for me as it helps make my job so much easier

By all means leave your cash in your pot until next year, there's no need to start from scratch whatsoever. By the way, have your had your little treasure yet? All best wishes for SPC 10 and BTW, next year's opening date is 2nd November!

I nearly forgot today was the day! Right now I have £200.39 in my pot. However the TOTAL I have potted this year (if I hadn't dipped into it) is £350.03

    My number is #408

Please keep me on for next year and SPC 10! :)
